Revelstoke Idea Factory Course Cancellation Policy
Payments for classes are refundable up to 72 hours prior to the start time of the class, minus a $15 cancellation fee and Stripe processing fee (2.7% + C$0.05).
After this time, no refunds will be given.
Revelstoke Idea Factory reserves the right to cancel programs at any time and will notify students via email and/or phone.
In the event of a class cancellation, Revelstoke Idea Factory will notify class attendees no less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, and a full refund or credit will be issued.
